Kwara APC Congratulates Fayemi, The Party On The Success in Ekiti Polls

Says, agents of destabilization are shameless

The Kwara State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under the leadership of Hon. Bashir Omolaja Bolarinwa, has sent its congratulatory message to its flag bearer and winner in the just concluded gubernatorial election in Ekiti State, Dr. John Kayode Fayemi on the resounding victory recorded on Saturday.

We are indeed very excited that the first election conducted after our national chairman, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole assumed office gave hope to our teeming members and followers that our tomorrow will be brighter.

This is another testament that though they conspire against truth and good governance, it will never see the dawn of a new day.

This should give President Muhammadu Buhari, the adrenaline he needs in the fight against corruption. If, corruption is fighting back through the connivance of the corrupt elements, Nigerians have once again rejected them through a popular, free and credible election. This same ballot Nigerians will use in 2019 to return the president to power and chase the black legs out of government.

The agents of destabilization who hover here and there must know by now, that their game is up.

Those on errand traversing the landscape of Kwara State with their devilish songs, should by now bury their heads in shame. The party they wish dead has continued to wax stronger.

We can only admonish them to get engaged in meaningful ventures, as their current voyage - preaching the death of APC will lead them to perdition.

We congratulate the good people of Ekiti State for electing to return the state to the path of honour, which was their hallmark and returning governance to a matured mind.

We are confident in God that Nigerians can decipher that their assembly is to continue to pauperise us, while our commonwealth is given wings to fly away.

For us, in Kwara State let us keep hope alive and keep faith with us; we can be sure that never shall evil prevail over good. 2019 will provide us with an opportunity to once and for all, reject those that have held the state in the jugular since 2003.
