People Deserve Amenities From Politocians -Barr Ayilara

Barrister Abdulgafar Ayinla Ayilara, a House of Assembly aspirant under the umbrella of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) has said that it is the responsibility of the politicians to provide social amenities for the people.

Ayilara stated this yesterday in Ilorin at the Kwara Achievers Forum Borehole Commissioning Programme at Taiwo Isale Community.

In his speech he said, "I commend the Achievers Youth Forum for sacrificing their time and strength to make sure provision of borewhole water is provided for the people of Taiwo Isale Community, unlike other youths whose primary aim is taking drugs such as codeine and other substances." 

He also said that provision of social amenities such as water and electricity should be topmost priority of our political leaders; adding "but unfortunately they  (politicians) are after their personal interest and amassing  of wealth." 

"No job opportunity for the youth. Most of the members of Achievers Youth Forum and graduate don't also have a job," he stressed.

Ayilara therefore advised youths  to avoid being used as political thugs in the forthcoming general election in 2019.

"All youths should make sure they get their PVC and vote for the right candidate! This 2019 general election is not about political party, it’s majorly about individual. Let’s be watchful and vote for the right candidate."
