Amb. Yahaya Seriki Meets With Representatives Of Kwara Sunset Workers To Resolve Lingering Issues

Ambassador Abdulfatai Yahaya Seriki the Chairman KURSI Investment Ltd and APC party stewart today 12th February 2021, met with the Representatives of Kwara Sunset Workers, the motive behind this meeting is to resolve the long lingering issues that has befall the agency in the past months. 

The Kwara Sunset Workers who were teachers under the Kwara state SUBEB were said to had been unjustly relieved of their duties since December 2020. This issue has led to them taking to the street of Ilorin to protest the decision of the state government in pressing home their demand on how to be re-employ or reabsorb in the ongoing SUBEB recruitment process in the state.

Amb. Yahaya Seriki in his fatherly magnanimity volunteered to speaks with the leaders of the group, calm them down and made them to see reasons why they need to believe in their abilities and for the fact that they were once teachers in the state with wealth of knowledge of teaching, they will surely make the list of the next teachers that will be employ without lobbying any politicians for slot. 

The Leadership of the group appreciates Seriki for his swift response and the proper attention given to them in curbing further protest on the issue and assured him of cooperation with the state government in attaining success deserve for the benefit of the state and her indigenes.
