Community Head, Residents Applaud Hon. Omar Bio On Cemetery - Almajiri Model School Road Project

The House of Representatives member representing the great people of Baruten/Kaiama Federal Constituency of Kwara State, Hon. Mohammed Omar Bio, IION, has given assurances of more benefits that are set to come to the people of the Constituency, adding that he can not afford to let the people down considering the support he enjoyed from them during his journey to the National Assembly.
This was made known in an official statement he personally signed earlier today following the earthwork, rehabilitation and upgrade of Cemetery - Almajiri Model School Road, Sinawu, Baruten LG, by the lawmaker.

While flagging off the road, the lawmaker explained that the APC led administrations at both federal and state levels are determined to make life more meaningful for citizens at all times.
The federal legislator, who was represented by his corresponding Director of Projects and P.A Domestic, Arc. Yusuf Qasim, stated this at Sinawu while addressing a crowd of constituents at the project site, noting that "Hon. Omar Bio is an inestimable asset with no mean repute and has over time proven to be one of the best things that has happened to Baruten/Kaiama Federal Constituency."

The Chairman of the Abin Bio Political Vanguard and member of the project team, Comr. Iliasu Ibrahim Abedi, in his own address, during the flag off of the road at Sinawu, re-affirmed Hon. Bio's commitment to doing more with the mandate he is entrusted with by the constituents of Baruten and Kaiama.

Community head, residents of Sinawu community have applauded the lawmaker for shouldering the financial burden of the grading and rehabilitation of the road in the area.
Giving the commendations in separate interactions, the people noted that the road will afford easy conveyance of corpse to the cemetery and as well provide succour to other road users.
Speaking during the project committee's visit to the palace, the village head of Sinawu, HRH (Alh.) Idris Zakariyau, stated that the road which runs through the community cemetery site has been a nightmare for residents particularly when transporting corpse to the cemetery and during the rainy season. He noted that the rehabilitation of the road is, no doubt, a huge relief for them as they approach rainy season and, of course, the project is a big win for Abin Bio's political career.
Speaking further, His Royal Highness, the Mora Lafia of Sinawu, appreciated the federal lawmaker for taking on the financial commitment (burden) of the project which, according to Royal Father, will bring succor to residents and businesses along the road. He prayed God to reward him abundantly and grant him the enablement to do more for the masses.
Also commenting on the impactful project to the community, an elder and stakeholder of Sinawu Community, Mallam Osman Suleiman Kperunduro of Sabo Area, described the rehabilitation of the road as a dream come through, adding that, it will alleviate suffering, resuscitate the economic activities of Sinawu community along that route and ease the difficult task of transporting corpse to the cemetery.
On his part, the Deputy Director of Projects, Comr. Attahiru Sawe (a.k.a 2-Baba) reiterated Hon. Omar Bio's resolve to attract laudable and impactful projects across the constituency under his jurisdiction. He appreciated the people of Sinawu for their consistent support for the lawmaker, particularly in the last election.
Comr. Attahiru further noted that Hon. Omar Bio remains committed to fulfilling his campaign promises to the people of the constituency. He urged the people of Sinawu to continue to remember the lawmaker in their prayers as he strives towards delivering more dividends of democracy to the constituency and beyond.
