Update On Assassination Attempt Of Alfa Rifun By Hamza Hamza Ndawuya

An assassination attempt on Alh. Abdulkadir Mustapha Alfa Rifun was allegedly made by Hamza Ndawuya on the 27th of June, 2023. The Kwara reporter news has been closely monitoring the incident and providing regular updates to the public.

The case began on 25th July 2023, at the magistrate court in Ilorin presided over by Magistrate Mohammed Adam. The case was subsequently adjourned to the 22nd August 2023. The hearing was then referred to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for advice on the 22nd August. 

Since then, the court has continuously adjourned the case, awaiting the much-anticipated advice of the DPP. On the 24th October 2023, the advice finally came out and was read to the defendant. The DPP suggested that Hamza Ndawuya has questions to answer concerning the alleged assassination attempt.

The court has subsequently adjourned the case to the 14th November 2023 for hearing. The public waits patiently for the outcome of this high-profile case as justice is sought for and the truth is revealed. Kwara reporter news will continue to provide updates to keep the public informed.
