At 61, the ENACT Principal, Engr. Nurudeen Adeyemi Balogun has congratulated the Olofa of Offa His Royal Majesty Oba Mufutau Gbadamosi Esuwoye II on birthday. The recently appointed TETFund Board Member extolled the leadership qualities of the Monarch in the birthday message thus:
