In a remarkable display of compassion and leadership, Hon. Akanbi Babatunde Ahmed Amtech, the Councillor representing Share Ward 1, visited three hospitals in the Share Community—General Hospital Share, Jabe Clinic and Maternity, and Fohunsho Yaks Clinic—where he extended financial support to 13 patients receiving treatment. His visit brought hope and relief to those facing health challenges, reaffirming his commitment to the welfare of his constituents.
Hon. Amtech was accompanied by his entourage, including Mr. Adeoti Abass, Mr. Aremu Okanlawon Abdullateef, Mr. Onaolapo Abass, Mr. Alao, and other notable individuals who joined him in this act of service. Together, they engaged with patients, inquired about their conditions, and offered words of encouragement.
Recognizing the financial burden that medical care imposes, Hon. Amtech provided cash gifts to the patients, easing their stress and demonstrating his dedication to grassroots service. The hospital management and beneficiaries expressed their gratitude, commending his selfless act and commitment to community welfare.
Hon. Amtech urged citizens to continue supporting the administration of His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, and Alhaji Abdulrasheed Femi Yusuf, the Executive Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government, to ensure the continued dividends of democracy for all.
Residents of Share widely praised this gesture, offering prayers for Hon. Amtech’s success and strength in his political journey. His visit underscores the true essence of leadership, service, empathy, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of those in need.
